Whenever you make a purchase at Grayco, you accrue Richard’s Rewards points as well as lots of other benefits! With our online dashboard, you can view your purchase history, detailed receipts, track points and get updates when you’re close to your next coupon!

  • How do I sign up?
    It’s free to sign up in-store or online. Visit a store and see a cashier for assistance, or visit and provide your name, phone number & email address. After signing up, check your email or texts for a link to activate your account. Once you verify your account, you can log into your online dashboard. Please note: Landline telephone numbers can be used, but will not receive text messages.
  • How do I access my existing Richard's Rewards dashboard?
    Click on the Richard's Rewards Sign In/Register button and use the email address you provided at signup to log into your account. Then we’ll email you a verification message. Open it, follow the link and your account will be updated.
  • Who can join?
    All Grayco customers are encouraged to join. The only requirement is that you are 18 years old or older and have a valid email address. Individuals only — no commercial accounts.
  • What can I expect out of my Richard's Rewards account?
    With your dashboard, you can: See your current points total and how close you are to your next coupon. Track coupons—every time you earn a new coupon, it will appear on your dashboard. No more lost coupons—just print your coupon or have it scanned from your phone. Never miss out again. Forget worrying about getting your rewards points — they are automatically applied to your account. Keep an accurate account of your past purchases and access online and in-store purchase information, including receipts. Have a copy of your receipt emailed or texted to you. Access your account via mobile phone or computer. Receive emails and updates about special savings, which you can opt out of.
  • How do I earn points?
    Earn 1 Point for Every Dollar Spent. Nothing could be easier: simply shop at Grayco and earn one point for every dollar you spend on a purchase, before tax. When you’ve reached 200 points, you will automatically receive a $5 coupon toward your purchase. We will also send you an email or text when you earn a coupon – you decide which when you set your preferences. For customers who earn more than 1,000 points in a single transaction, we have made it easier than ever to earn your coupon. These are the single-transaction point thresholds: 200 points = $5 coupon 400 points = $10 coupon 600 points = $15 coupon 800 points = $20 coupon 1,000 points = $25 coupon 1,200 points = $30 coupon 1,400 points = $35 coupon 1,600 points = $40 coupon 1,800 points = $45 coupon 2,000 points = $50 coupon A maximum of 10,000 points can be earned in a single transaction. When a single transaction's point accrual exceeds 10,000, the additional points will be banked toward your next points-based coupon.
  • What purchases are eligible for points?
    You’ll earn points with every purchase. Points accrue based on a purchase's pre-tax subtotal. Points are not earned on services such as workshop services, delivery or rental.
  • How can I see my points?
    Log into your dashboard to view points and coupons.
  • How do I redeem my coupons?
    Print your coupon and present it at checkout, or show a cashier your coupon on your mobile device.
  • When do points & coupons expire?
    Your points do not have an expiration date, but coupons expire depending on the type of coupon: $5 signup coupon expires 90 days from date issued Point-accrual coupons expire 30 days after issue Birthday coupon expires at the end of your birthday month Expiration dates are shown for each coupon on your dashboard.
  • What happens to my points if I return an item?
    Of course, we hope that you’ll be satisfied with every purchase you make at Grayco. As always, storm preparation items are purchased based on seasonal demand and are not refundable. However, should you need to return an item occasionally, we will not remove your points.
  • What do I do if I'm missing points?
    Because of the nature of the systems involved, please allow at least 24–48 hours from the time of sale for points to register on your dashboard. If your points are still not showing after that time, please contact the store where you made your purchase.
  • How do I get a birthday month coupon?
    If you haven’t updated your profile with your information, it’s not too late to get your yearly coupon — open your Rewards profile, go to Rewards Information, and add your birthday month. On the first day of your birthday month, you’ll get a one-time coupon for 10% off a single purchase during that month.
  • How will you use the information I provide?
