1. Sponsor

The Grayco Milwaukee® Reciprocating Saw Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Grayco Inc., P.O. Box 1048, Beaufort, SC 29901 (“Sponsor” or “Grayco”).

Milwaukee Tool and its affiliated companies are not the sponsor or administrator of this Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Grayco Inc., participating vendors, promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Grayco, which shall be final regarding the administration of the Giveaway.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on [10/15/2026] and ends at [12/15/2026] (“Promotion Period”).

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Four winners will be randomly selected on December 21, 2026.

4. Prizes and Winners

A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded.

One (1) winner will be selected for each participating Grayco retail location, for a total of four (4) winners.

Each winner will receive:

One (1) Milwaukee® Circular Saw
Model/SKU: 2834-20
Approximate Retail Value: $279.00

Total approximate retail value of all four prizes: $1116

Prize substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions are not permitted except that Grayco reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The Grayco locations participating in the event include Hilton Head, Lady’s Island, Summerville, and Ridgeland. 

5. How to Receive Your Initial Entry

To receive one (1) initial Giveaway entry, an eligible participant must visit the official Giveaway landing page during the Promotion Period and:

1. Provide the requested contact information, including a valid email address; 

2. Select a participating Grayco location; 

3. Sign up for the Grayco email newsletter; and 

4. Submit the Giveaway entry form. 

Limit one (1) initial newsletter entry per person and per valid email address.

Duplicate newsletter registrations will not generate additional initial entries.

Entrants may unsubscribe from Grayco marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing after a valid Giveaway entry has been received will not invalidate that entry.

6. Additional Entries — Milwaukee® NITRUS™ Blade Purchases

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may earn additional Giveaway entries by purchasing qualifying Milwaukee® NITRUS™ blades from a participating Grayco location.

Each qualifying NITRUS™ blade product purchased during the Promotion Period earns one (1) additional Giveaway entry.

For purposes of the promotion, Grayco should define a qualifying product as:

One qualifying NITRUS™ blade package/SKU purchased = one additional entry, regardless of the number of blades contained in the package.

Purchase transactions must be capable of being associated with the entrant's Giveaway information through the customer's email address, transaction information, receipt submission, or another method designated by Grayco.

Milwaukee confirms that NITRUS CARBIDE™ technology is offered within its SAWZALL® reciprocating-blade lineup. 

7. No-Purchase Method for Additional Entries

A PURCHASE IS NOT REQUIRED TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL ENTRIES.

To obtain an additional entry without making a purchase, an eligible entrant may mail a handwritten request containing:

• Full name 

• Mailing address 

• Email address 

• Telephone number 

• Selected Grayco location 

• The words “Grayco Milwaukee Giveaway – Additional Entry” 

to:

Each separately mailed and properly completed request will receive one (1) additional entry, equivalent to one qualifying NITRUS blade purchase.

Each request must be mailed separately and must be postmarked no later than [7 days prior to receive date] and received no later than [7 Days prior to event end].

Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk, or incomplete requests are void.

The same maximum number of additional entries, if any, applies regardless of whether entries are obtained by purchase, the no-purchase method, or a combination of both.

8. Location Assignment

Entrants must select one participating Grayco location when submitting their initial entry.

The selected location will determine the entrant's prize drawing pool. All initial and additional entries earned by that entrant will be assigned to that same location.

An entrant may not submit separate initial entries for multiple locations.

Each participating location will have its own drawing and one winner will be selected from the eligible entries assigned to that location.

9. Winner Selection

On December 21, 2026, Grayco will randomly select one (1) potential winner from the eligible entries associated with each participating location, resulting in four potential winners total.

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable location.

The purchase of additional qualifying products does not guarantee winning.

10. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with their Giveaway entry.

A potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide identification before receiving the prize.

If a selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted; 

• Does not respond within the time specified by Grayco; 

• Is determined to be ineligible; 

• Fails to comply with these Official Rules; or 

• Does not claim the prize within ten (10) calendar days of notification, 

the winner may forfeit the prize and Grayco may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries for that location.

11. Prize Pickup

Prizes must be picked up at the participating Grayco location selected by the entrant unless Grayco provides other instructions.

Winners may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Grayco is not responsible for transportation or other expenses associated with claiming a prize.

12. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Grayco to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, likeness, photograph, and/or statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

14. Entry Information and Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Grayco's Privacy Policy.

By entering the giveaway, entrants consent to receive promotional email communications from Grayco. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

15. General Conditions

Grayco reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, obtain entries through fraudulent means, submit false information, manipulate purchase records, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Grayco reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Grayco's reasonable control affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

Grayco is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries or communications.

16. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Grayco Inc., Milwaukee Tool, their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

17. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that disputes arising from this Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
